CAFE PUKA PUKA (SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA)
If you’re in Siem Reap going through the dunno how many temples and one of the 7 wonders in the world, Angkor Wat, you will get super duper thirsty. You will definitely crave for something icy or cold. Cafe Puka Puka is the solution. Open by a Japanese Lady who I suspect to be Madam Sachiko… hehe… check out the signage and pics below:

The much awaited for Mango Cooler! Everything from the ice cream to the mango puree is home made... very very very nice....
Rating: 4.5/5. A bit pricey and the aircon is not really working very well inside… hence not conducive. No perfect 5!
Taste: Very very good and addictive! Having withdrawl symptoms now… help!!!
Portion: Average
Price: US$4 for the mango cooler and US$2 for the mango shake
RTE: My 4th visit there!!!

SANG HWANG NA RA (SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA)
Your guys must be wondering like what? Cambodia?! Yeah it’s true, this Korean restaurant has been here for many years already and this Korean lady migrated to Siem Reap after seeing so many Koreans coming to the country. Hence she erected a small building beside this garden sanctuary restaurant where the lodging for her and her workers and also the kitchen is located.
This is my 2nd time here and I didn’t feature it in the first place cos eatwithroy! was not up then. Since I’m back to do charity work, I might as well feature what’s good in Siem Reap!
Enjoy the pics below and click to enlarge!

One of the volunteers in my group showing how it's being done... don't think she lasted 5 mins... haha
Rating: 4.5/5. Organic may not be for everyone. But it’s very good for us!
Taste: Very nice home cooked dishes… gives us an insight of what Koreans eat at home.
Portion: It’s free flow… what you think? ;P
Price: Get ready for this… free flow everything including ice tea. US$5 per person.
RTE: When I’m back in Siem Reap lah! Far leh.
